오늘은 평범한 날이지만 특별한 날이다.
한 달 전쯤, 난 20년 가까이 꿈꿔왔던 교사의 길을 포기했다. 주변 사람들은 알 수 없었다. 내가 왜 그런 결정을 했는지에 대해 말이다. 남들 눈에는 ‘공부’자체가 힘들어서 그만 둔 것처럼 보일 뿐, 사정을 들으려는 사람도 별로 없었다.
